- Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: 30% charge
• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 50% charge
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: non-refundable
Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
Once check-in is completed, no refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights.
Some promotional rates or special discounts may be non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
2. How to Cancel Your Reservation
Online cancellations:
Reservations made through booking platforms (OTAs) must be canceled directly through the same platform.
Cancellation directly via website:
You can log into your profile on our website by entering your reservation number and email address.

If the guest does not show up without prior notice, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
The hotel may release the room for the remaining reserved nights.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation.
Non-refundable charges:
